The second and final day of INCUBX, an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Ponte de Lima in partnership with Startup Portugal, brought together incubators from various regions of the country. The main objective was to foster the sharing of experiences, networking, and the identification of new collaboration opportunities among these entities.
Participants engaged in joint activities aimed at strengthening cooperation, exploring synergies, and developing collaborative work proposals. These proposals were subsequently presented at the event's closing. The program also included a debate panel, moderated by Manuel Machado, featuring three local entrepreneurs who shared insights on the business landscape of Ponte de Lima.
Throughout these days, Ponte de Lima established itself as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, hosting representatives from incubators nationwide and facilitating the creation of new connections. The municipality expressed its intention to join the National Network of Incubators, reinforcing its commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting business development.
The event was attended by Miguel d’Aguiar, Executive Director of Startup Portugal, and Paulo Barreiro de Sousa, Vice-President of the Municipality of Ponte de Lima, marking the end of two days dedicated to bridging national incubators and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
INCUBX highlighted the importance of collaboration among incubators, encouraging knowledge sharing and the creation of joint initiatives for entrepreneurs and businesses.
