The Moita Municipal Council, through its Occupational Health, Hygiene, and Safety Service, organized free health screenings for its workers, marking World Heart Day.

The screenings, which included measurements of blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, and Body Mass Index (BMI), took place on September 30th. Additional screenings are scheduled for October 1st at four different locations.
On October 1st, screenings will be available from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Antiga Socorrex (Canteen) and from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the CROAE.
The initiative emphasizes the importance of dedicating just five minutes of workers' time to these exams, which can make a significant difference in their lives.
