The event, part of the XXXV Table Tennis Development Plan (PDTM), covered age categories from under-9 to seniors, in female, male, and mixed categories. A total of 177 matches were played across 16 tables.
The Councillor for Sports, Marco Barbosa, attended the awards ceremony for the winning and runner-up athletes in each category and division.
The PDTM, organized by the Sports Department of the Póvoa de Varzim Municipal Council, aims to promote camaraderie, friendship, learning, team spirit, and sportsmanship. The activity has been successfully promoting sports participation among local associations.
