Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, the EMPV String and Wind Orchestras will tour the municipality's schools. This initiative aims to share the work developed by students and teachers, bringing young people closer to artistic expression and musical practice.
The celebration continues in the late afternoon, at 6:30 PM, in the Póvoa de Varzim Municipal Auditorium. The event will feature a piano recital performed by Matilde Pereira Leite, a student from Professor Bruno Trocado's class. The initiative is promoted by the Pró-Música Association of Póvoa de Varzim.
The concert will offer the public the opportunity to appreciate Matilde Pereira Leite's artistic journey, with a classical repertoire dedicated to the piano, in a key cultural venue of the city.
Through this program, the Póvoa de Varzim Music School reinforces its commitment to artistic education, the promotion of music, and its connection with the local community.
