The University of Lisbon (ULisboa) presents the Pedagogical Toolbox, a digital repository of pedagogical approaches, methodologies, and resources built from practices developed by faculty from its various Schools. This initiative aims to highlight the diversity of existing experiences and serve as a source of inspiration and support for other faculty members.
The practices are organized around different approaches and methodologies, with a focus on active learning strategies, as well as resources and technologies to support teaching and learning. Each category includes a conceptual framework, examples of ULisboa practices, application suggestions, and contextual indications.
Through a digital learning environment, faculty can discover practices from colleagues across different disciplines, deepen their understanding of pedagogical foundations, access audiovisual content with testimonials from faculty and students, and consult support resources, including tutorials for digital tools.
More than just a repository, the Toolbox aims to be a space for sharing and inspiration, contributing to the continuous improvement of pedagogical practices and the promotion of academic success at the University of Lisbon. The project was developed as part of ULisboa's Program for the Promotion of Success and Reduction of Dropout.
