Registrations for the II Obstetrics Emergencies Meeting of ULS Amadora/Sintra, to be held on October 21st at the auditorium of Hospital Fernando Fonseca (HFF), are still open. The deadline for abstract submission is October 11th.
Aimed at doctors, nurses, and students in the field of Obstetrics, the meeting intends to provide scientific updates, foster reflection on clinical practice, and facilitate the sharing of experiences in obstetric emergencies. The initiative is promoted by the Obstetric and Gynecological Emergency Service of HFF, aiming to enhance skills and stimulate discussion on managing emergency situations.
The program will cover topics such as Communication in crisis situations, integrated management of dysrhythmia in pregnant women, innovation at the bedside, between technology and physiological care, altered state of consciousness in pregnant women and differential diagnosis, the birth plan in emergency contexts, and planned home birth, with an emphasis on emergency management and continuity of care.
Participation costs 15 euros for ULS Amadora/Sintra professionals and 30 euros for external professionals. Registrations can be made via an online form.
