The EEA Grants Roadshow 2026 will take place between September 30th and October 29th, aiming to connect public and private entities, educational institutions, and civil society organizations interested in developing projects in the area of combating domestic and gender-based violence. The sessions will present the Programme's strategic priorities, funding opportunities, and possibilities for cooperation and partnership.
The initiative seeks to strengthen proximity with the territories and identify the challenges and needs of entities working daily on violence prevention, victim protection, and equality promotion. Carina Quaresma, President of the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG) and Programme Operator, highlighted the importance of responses built in partnership and close to communities.
The Roadshow schedule includes: North (September 30th), Açores (October 8th), Madeira (October 15th), Lisbon and Tagus Valley (October 23rd), Alentejo (October 28th), and Algarve (October 29th). Participation is free, subject to prior registration on the EEA Grants Portugal website.
