The objective of this measure is to increase the availability of housing in the rental market. To benefit from this reduction, applications must be submitted to the Lamego Municipality by December 18th.
Interested parties can download the form available HERE and send it to dfp@cm-lamego.pt, or submit it in person at the Customer Service Office.
Property owners or holders of a legitimate right may request this IMI decrease. The benefit is applied per fraction, so the application must be made by one of the owners.
One application must be submitted per property (per cadastral record), including the duly signed request and the supporting documentation for that property.
