The initiative aims to encourage writing and creativity, boost traditional oral literature, and contribute to the preservation of popular tradition. Submissions will be accepted from October 1st to 30th.
The contest is open to students from primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary education, from public, private, or cooperative schools, as well as the general adult community and senior community, aged 70 and over. Participation can be individual or in groups.
Each participant may submit only one original, unpublished, and perfectly legible work, which must adhere to the theme of São Martinho. Participation Rules are available for consultation.
