The Provedoria of the Instituto Superior Técnico, in conjunction with the Guiding Values group, is promoting the 2nd edition of the illustration contest focused on the ‘Técnico Guiding Values’. The initiative invites the academic community to express, through art, the behaviors that best reflect the principles guiding the School. The aim is to illustrate both positive behaviors, which should be encouraged, and negative behaviors, which should not be tolerated.
Submissions can be made in various forms of visual expression, including drawing, photography, collage, digital art, and other artistic techniques. The deadline for applications is October 21, 2026, and must be submitted through an online form.
The selected illustrations will be presented in an exhibition integrated into the 1st Meeting of the Values Ambassadors, which will take place on November 10, 2026, at the Técnico Innovation Center powered by Fidelidade. On the same occasion, prizes will be awarded to the authors of the distinguished works.
This initiative follows the publication of the Guiding Values Guide and aims to foster a culture of work and study that is inclusive, collaborative, and success-oriented. The first edition of the contest, held the previous year, featured 23 participants and 29 submissions, with Leonilde de Fátima Morais Moreira, Clara Vilanova Rodrigues, and Ana Sofia Branco Domingues achieving the top places.
