Promoted by CLDS 5G Viseu Plural, in collaboration with its partners, the meeting offered informal caregivers moments of pause and self-care through relaxation and music therapy sessions. The aim was to provide time to breathe, relax, and dedicate attention to personal well-being, recognizing the importance of those who dedicate so much of themselves to another person.
To facilitate the participation of more caregivers, the care recipients were accompanied by volunteers during the activities, an essential support that made this break possible. The event also highlighted the value of institutional, professional, and volunteer partnerships in creating responses that make a difference in the lives of those who care and those who are cared for.
ESSV expressed its gratitude for being part of this partnership, emphasizing that everyone's collaboration made the meeting possible. The institution reinforced the shared commitment to caring for those who care.
