The Municipality of Ponte de Lima has launched two public tenders, with a total value of 14.8 million euros (excluding VAT), for the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and the execution of drainage infrastructure.

The first tender, budgeted at 4.6 million euros (excluding VAT), focuses on the design of the execution project and the construction of the WWTP for the Poiares Subsystem, including the essential infrastructure for its operation, installation, testing, and commissioning.
The second tender, with a base value of 10.1 million euros (excluding VAT), is for the execution of domestic wastewater drainage infrastructure and the installation of the respective public sanitation network. These works will cover the parishes of Poiares, Navió and Vitorino dos Piães, Cabaços and Fojo Lobal, and Ardegão, Freixo and Mato.
Both projects will have an execution period of 720 days. Proposals can be submitted until October 30, 2026.
