The Sesimbra Municipal Council joins, for the third consecutive year, the “É Tempo de Ajudar” campaign by the Coração Delta Association, for the collection of personal hygiene products for needy elderly residents of the municipality.

The collection will take place at Intermarché de Santana on October 24th and 25th, with the support of scouts. The collected products will be distributed by the Social Action Division of the Sesimbra Municipal Council.
This solidarity initiative, which has already supported over 26,000 seniors, reaches nine districts, 94 municipalities, and 130 Intermarché stores in its 13th edition, mobilizing around 3000 volunteers.
The aim is to support seniors in situations of social vulnerability, contributing to the improvement of their quality of life through the donation of essential personal hygiene products.
According to the Coração Delta Association, the campaign reflects the commitment of the Grupo Nabeiro-Delta Cafés to social inclusion and community development.
