Autumn brings the opportunity to add new colors and, through blood donation, new opportunities for life. The entire process, from registration to collection and post-donation refreshment, takes approximately 30 minutes.
Those interested in donating blood can visit Garcia de Orta Hospital, part of ULS Almada-Seixal, on weekdays. The hours are as follows: on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, the donation center operates from 9 am to 3 pm, and on Wednesdays and Fridays, the hours extend from 9 am to 7 pm.
