Registrations for the 2026 edition of the Alentejo Walking Festival are now open. Until 5:30 PM on October 27th, you can register via the official website, with a limit of 50 participants.
In Alcácer do Sal, the walk is scheduled for November 1st, a Sunday. It will start at 9:30 AM at Praça Pedro Nunes. The route will follow the “Rota do Senhor dos Mártires”, covering 12.5km with an easy difficulty level.
The Municipality is once again joining the initiative by the Regional Tourism Entity of Alentejo and Ribatejo. The event, titled “All of Alentejo Walking”, aims to promote the Alentejo region through its walking trails and nature tourism, while also seeking to create new cooperation opportunities among sector stakeholders.
