The Mayors of the 11 municipalities of Lezíria do Tejo met at the CIMLT on October 15th, in a working meeting attended by the President of the CCDR of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, Teresa Mourão de Almeida.
The meeting served as a dialogue and coordination between local authorities and the regional administration, with the common goal of mobilizing public policies capable of attracting investment, creating employment, and generating economic growth, focusing on improving citizens' quality of life.
The initiative highlighted the importance of listening to the proximity and deep knowledge that each mayor has of their local reality, ensuring that challenges identified on the ground translate into concrete measures for the population and the business sector.
With this meeting, the CIMLT reaffirms the shared vision of its 11 municipalities: to consolidate an increasingly cohesive, competitive Lezíria do Tejo, prepared to face future challenges.
