Students who meet the requirements set out in the Municipal Regulation, including residency and fiscal domicile in the municipality for at least one year, enrollment in Higher Education, and academic achievement, can apply.
Interested parties have a maximum period of 20 working days to submit their applications, counted from the day immediately following the posting of the Notice and Official Announcement at the headquarters of the Municipal Chamber. This will be simultaneously published on the municipality's website.
Applications should preferably be submitted electronically to the email gap@cm-benavente.pt, or sent by registered mail with return receipt, addressed to the President of the Municipal Chamber of Benavente (Praça do Município, 2130-038, Benavente), dispatched by the deadline.
Candidates who do not have adequate computer or technological equipment can submit their application in person at the Education and Social Action Service in Benavente, or at the Extension of the Municipal Chamber's Administrative Services in Samora Correia.
Applications must be accompanied by a specific form (available below and at the municipal services mentioned), all documents listed in the Official Announcement for the opening of the competition, and any other documents that candidates deem appropriate for the assessment of their application. The application request will be considered validly submitted after the timely delivery of all necessary documents. The failure to submit any mandatory document on time, for reasons not attributable to the candidate, can be rectified within ten days from the date of the application submission.
