The Baião + Próximo program was present in Loivos do Monte last Saturday, October 3rd, reinforcing the connection between the municipal executive and citizens.

The initiative by the Baião Municipal Chamber aims to bring municipal services closer to the various parishes within the municipality, offering direct and individualized attention to residents. In Loivos do Monte, the Mayor, Ana Raquel Azevedo, accompanied by the local Parish Council President, Luís Pereira, and treasurer Sandra Dias, was available to listen to the issues, questions, and suggestions presented by the public.
The program's format allows for close contact, where each situation is heard and the necessary clarifications are provided. Throughout the morning, in addition to formal consultations, there was also space for informal conversations about the parish's daily life, strengthening the relationship between the executive and residents.
Baião + Próximo will continue its series of decentralized services, with the next session scheduled for October 24th in the Union of Parishes of Santa Leocádia and Mesquinhata. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, without the need for prior appointment.
Additionally, the Baião Municipal Chamber informs that the Mayor, Councilors, and the Citizen Advocate receive the public on Wednesdays at the municipal building. For these appointments, prior scheduling is required by calling 255 540 500.
