The Banda Filarmónica de Bombeiros Voluntários de Sousel took part in the 8th Joaquim Garra Philharmonic Bands Festival, held in the city of Covilhã on September 26th. The initiative celebrated philharmonic music with the participation of seven bands from various regions of the country.
In total, over 250 musicians paraded through the historic center of Covilhã, performing various musical pieces. The Sousel band was one of the representatives at this cultural event.
The Sousel Municipal Council congratulated the Banda Filarmónica de Bombeiros Voluntários de Sousel for its commitment to promoting music and culture, as well as for disseminating the name of the municipality.
