The aim is to promote mobility, autonomy, and quality of life for the senior population through personalized home visits. The service includes physiotherapy sessions, rehabilitation and motor skills exercises, functional assessment, and advice for the user and caregiver.
Applications can be submitted at the local Junta de Freguesia (parish council) or via email at pontesdesaberes@cm-portalegre.pt. The service is free, provided the defined access conditions are met.
