The Local Health Unit of Santa Maria (ULSSM) and Medtronic have signed a collaboration memorandum to develop a "Hybrid Care" model, combining in-person assistance with remote monitoring.
The agreement, formalized on Tuesday, October 27, aims to ensure greater efficiency, sustainability, and proximity for users, uniting hospital services, primary care, and the community.
The innovative partnership will launch a platform with projects in four high-impact areas: Home Hospitalization, Robotic Surgery, General Surgery (clinical pathways in Colo-Rectal and Bariatric Surgery), and Urology, with integration between hospitals and primary healthcare.
