Every year, thousands of volunteers join the Portuguese League Against Cancer for one of the most important moments of its mission: the National Collection.
From October 29 to November 1, 2026, the initiative will once again take to the streets across the country to raise essential funds for the support of cancer patients and their families, for prevention and screening, for scientific research, and for oncology training.
Participation is flexible, allowing collaboration for all four days, only some days, or just a few hours, with the option to choose the preferred location.
After submitting the application form, it will be forwarded to the Regional Nucleus of the Portuguese League Against Cancer for the chosen area. This nucleus will subsequently provide all instructions regarding accreditation, collection box delivery and return, and participation period.
Those wishing to participate through the Lisbon Support Group should select this option in the “Preferred Zone” field when filling out the application form.
