Organized in partnership with FAIPL, the event was notable for being the first edition under the designation Polytechnic University of Lisbon and the debut of Welcome UPL at the ISEL facilities.
More than just a welcome reception, the initiative aimed to foster integration and a sense of belonging to the academic community. The welcome session featured speeches from the Rector of UPL, António Belo, the President of FAIPL, Jaden Gomes, and the Administrator of Social Action Services of UPL, João Lobato.
Various student groups, associations, and projects were present to showcase their activities. Representing ISEL were ISEL Formula Student and ISEL Game Studios.
The cultural and musical component played a central role, with performances by several academic music groups, including the Tuna Feminina do ISEL. The stage on the ISEL campus also hosted DJ Cloudz, Miguel Luz, Active Boyz, and Funk Edition.
