Students interested in running for these elections must formalize their candidacy with the President of the Representative Council. Each candidate list must consist of four full members and four substitute members, duly identified. Additionally, a representative must be designated, providing a telephone contact and an email address for communications.
The lists of competing candidates will be announced on October 16th. The actual election will take place on October 27th, a Tuesday, with voting hours between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Ballot boxes will be located at the entrance of ESCS, on the ground floor, allowing students to exercise their right to vote throughout the day.
The mandate for the elected student representatives on the Representative Council will last for one year. The Electoral Commission will be chaired by the current President of the Representative Council and will also include the Vice-President of the Council and the representatives of the competing lists.
