CE – Circuito Estoril, S.A. has informed that, with the aim of optimizing the management of the sports infrastructure known as “Autódromo Fernanda Pires da Silva” or “Autódromo do Estoril”, a market consultation procedure will be launched. This procedure seeks to establish a superficies right over the property where the infrastructure and its support facilities are located, in compliance with the applicable legal framework.
Currently, several necessary steps are underway for the instruction of the consultation procedure. The documentary pieces setting out the respective terms and conditions will be published in due course on the Company's website, and will be available for consultation by any interested party.
In the meantime, the Company assures that it will continue to develop its activity, ensuring the holding of motorsport events at the Estoril Autodrome infrastructure, in strict compliance with legal provisions.
In a previous statement, dated September 19, 2025, it was mentioned that, following a judicial decision on September 8, 2023, regarding noise levels, CE decided to exclude motorcycle track days in early August 2025. This measure, which exceeds the limitations imposed by the judicial decision, does not apply to sports events, race practices, or professional rider training.
The company reaffirmed its compliance with legal rules regarding noise, as determined by the ruling of the Tribunal de Cascais and confirmed in the monitoring reports available on the company's website. Additionally, the decision of April 24, 2025, to close Grandstand A was announced, with no expected reopening date.
