Jorge Portugal, Director-General of COTEC Portugal, delivered the keynote address, titled “The Art of Starting.” His speech focused on the challenges, opportunities, and the importance of innovation, knowledge, and the ability to embark on new paths.
The session concluded around 4:30 PM with a performance by the trio Fado Improvável, comprising Nuno Santos (violin), Custódio Castelo (Portuguese guitar), and Carlos Geraldes (classical guitar).
