The program included the historic center of Almeida, where the group explored its walled complex, the Military History Museum, the Picadeiro D’El Rey, and the Solar São João de Deus. The route also extended to Vilar Formoso, visiting the Memorial to Refugees and Consul Aristides de Sousa Mendes, Castelo Mendo, and the Casa Wellington in Freineda.
Participants expressed their satisfaction with the territory and the local cuisine offered in the restaurants.
