The public discussion period for the Pêra Sul Detailed Plan (PPPS) proposal, approved at the Silves Municipal Chamber (CMS) meeting on September 22, 2026, runs from October 7 to November 3, 2026. The PPPS, located near the town of Pêra, is part of the territorial development strategy of the Municipality of Silves, aiming to enhance territorial attractiveness and competitiveness by encouraging housing supply and strengthening public infrastructure and facilities.
During this period, interested parties can submit complaints, observations, or suggestions using a participation form available online. This form should be sent to the Silves Municipal Chamber, in person or via email to dogu.ordenamento@cm-silves.pt.
The documents comprising the plan proposal, including the environmental report and opinions, can be consulted and downloaded via the provided link or viewed in person at the Urban Planning and Management Division of the Silves Municipal Chamber (by prior appointment) or at the Freguesia of Pêra.
To ensure transparency and public involvement, the Municipality of Silves will hold a public clarification session on October 12, at 9:00 PM, at the Pêra Pastoral Center.
