The plots have areas ranging from 266 m² to 426 m², allowing for a total construction area between 194 m² and 390 m², depending on the typology and number of floors. The starting bid values range from 25,887 to 37,527 euros, with the construction of garages and annexes also permitted.
All citizens over 18 years of age with no outstanding debts to the Municipal Council or the State can apply. Each candidate may apply for only one plot, and must formalize their registration by November 18th. Proposals can be submitted in person at the Municipal Council's Balcão Único, sent by registered letter, or by email. A deposit of 1,250 euros is required.
As an incentive for young people to settle in the Municipality, a 30% reduction in the purchase price is applied to candidates under 35 years old. This measure aims to facilitate access to homeownership and stimulate construction and investment by new generations.
The provisional award of the plots will take place in a public session, scheduled for 3:00 PM on December 3, 2026, conducted by a commission appointed by the Municipal Council.
