The President of the Secarias Parish Assembly, Ana Beatriz Rodrigues Luzio, has called the 1st extraordinary session of 2026 for October 12, at 7:30 PM, at the Parish headquarters located in Largo do Rossio. The summons, based on subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 14 of Law no. 75/2013, of September 12, aims to discuss two cooperation proposals.
The proposals under consideration concern cooperation with the Municipality of Arganil and the Association of Public Law Parishes of Arganil, focusing on the acquisition of shared-use equipment. The session will be public.
The agenda includes the review and voting of the proposal to authorize cooperation with the Municipality of Arganil and the approval of the draft program contract no. 41/2026. This contract foresees a total amount of €20,000.00, of which €15,000.00 is allocated to the acquisition of shared equipment. The signing of the document by the Head of the Parish Council will also be authorized.
Additionally, the proposal to authorize financial cooperation with the Association of Public Law Parishes of Arganil will be reviewed and voted upon. This proposal involves the approval of the draft program contract and the authorization for the transfer of €15,000.00 for the acquisition of equipment, with authorization for its signature by the Head of the Parish Council.
