The contract was signed by the President of the Penamacor Municipal Council, José Miguel Oliveira, and the businessman João Manuel Santos Alvarez Silva, representing Nascente Data, Unipessoal, Lda. The company is dedicated to engineering and scientific and technical consulting services, development of technological infrastructures, and computing, processing, and data management solutions, supporting the digital transformation of companies and institutions.
This initiative aims to contribute to the diversification of the local business fabric and to position Penamacor as an attractive territory for the development of technological activities, promoting innovation and sustainability. The former granary building has been restructured to host up to eight companies, offering physical and virtual incubation. Currently, seven companies operate in the space.
