Registrations for the 2026/2027 academic year of the Carrazeda de Ansiães Senior Academy are officially open. This initiative aims to promote active aging, lifelong learning, and socialization for residents over 55 years old in the municipality.
For this new academic year, the Senior Academy offers a diverse training program, led by qualified instructors, covering various areas of cultural, creative, and physical interest. Courses include 'Chá com letras' with José Mesquita, IT with Ricardo Fiães, English with Betina Lopes, Music (Choir, Tuna, Cavaquinho) with Ana Merêncio, Performing Arts (Theater and Dance) with Anabela Nóbrega, Creative Arts with Marcos Reis / Paulo Moura / Vitória Moura, History and Heritage with Vítor Paulo and Joana Gonçalves, Physical Activity and Health with Carla Almeida, Art, Health and Well-being with Deolinda Leão, and Science Workshop with Rui Pereira.
The Senior Academy is intended for residents of the municipality aged over 55. The registration deadline is October 14th. Interested individuals can register directly at the Municipal Library, by phone at 278 618 123, or via email at cultura@cmca.pt.
