The Porta 65 - Jovem Program is aimed at individuals aged 18 to 35, supporting the rental of housing for residence by providing a percentage of the rent as a monthly subsidy.
Applications are submitted electronically via the Portal da Habitação (Housing Portal). Applicants must access the "Apresentar Candidatura" (Submit Application) option using their tax identification number (NIF) and their tax authority access password.
