The Externato Infante D. Henrique, in Moimenta da Beira, will once again host a blood drive on December 15th, between 9 AM and 1 PM, with a team from the Coimbra Blood and Transplant Centre.

Donating blood offers a lifeline to thousands of people who need blood components every day. The initiative aims to increase stocks and ensure support for those most in need.
To be a donor, you must be healthy, weigh at least 50 kilograms, and be between 18 and 70 years old. 17-year-olds may be eligible with parental or legal guardian consent.
The blood donation campaign is a regular event, supported by the school community and the local population.
