The Murça Municipal Library celebrated Halloween in October with the Story Time initiative, offering children moments of fun and imagination.

Throughout October, the Murça Municipal Library marked Halloween with the Story Time initiative, providing children with moments of fun, discovery, and imagination in an environment decorated for the occasion.
Students from 1st Cycle traveled the world of fantasy with the story «The Witch Mimi's New Computer», by Paul Korky, in a session full of good spirits. For Preschool children, two sessions of the story «The Playful Little Ghosts», by Fiz Osborne, were held, adapted to different age groups: 2 to 3 years old and 3 to 5/6 years old. Friends from A2000 had the opportunity to hear the tale «Uncle Wolf», by Xosé Ballesteros.
The sessions were accompanied by musical moments, with songs related to the stories, which the little ones enthusiastically joined in, singing and learning the respective melodies.
The initiative concluded with a creative activity, where each child had the opportunity to build and paint their own ghost, taking it back to the Kindergarten as a souvenir of their visit to the Library.
These were moments of sharing, joy, and creativity, which reinforced the love for books and reading, showing that, at the Murça Municipal Library, every story is an opportunity to learn, imagine, and live new adventures.
