The initiative, promoted in partnership with the Local Health Unit (ULS), aims to raise awareness about prevention, early diagnosis, and the importance of health care. The start will be at Praça da Liberdade and the finish at Castelo de Santiago da Barra, in Viana do Castelo.
More than just a sporting event, the initiative seeks to be a moment of unity for a common cause, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, solidarity, and awareness about the importance of prevention. The organization emphasizes that 'taking care of health is everyone's commitment'.
At the end of the walk and run, a social gathering with refreshments will be offered to participants. The first 150 registrations will receive an initiative T-shirt.
The organization encourages participation with the slogan 'Preventing is also loving. Caring today is living tomorrow'.
