Among the scheduled events is the Corrida da Bandeja (Tray Race), which will take place on Friday, September 25th, starting near the Monument to the Fishermen, at Praça da República, and finishing at Jardim da Praça dos Mártires da Liberdade. The race, organized by the Frente de Trabalho dos Tempos Livres of the Sindicato de Hotelaria do Sul with the support of the Seixal Municipal Council, also commemorates the 56th anniversary of CGTP-IN.
Boat trips on the Tagus River aboard the Bote de Fragata «Baía do Seixal» will be held on Saturday, September 26th, from 3 PM to 4 PM, and on Sunday, September 27th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
On Sunday, September 27th, the Jardim da Praça dos Mártires da Liberdade will host the Domingos com Artesanato (Sundays with Crafts) event in Seixal, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
