The initiative brought together teaching and non-teaching staff from the municipality's schools, with all six School Groupings represented. President Carlos Albino and elected Councillors attended the event, as did the Presidents of the Parish Councils.
The main objective of this initiative was to welcome the entire school community, recognizing the work developed by the municipality's teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as by partner entities.
The Education Fortnight program continues on October 21, 22, and 23, with the presentation of the show "SOS Paz - Brinquedos em Ação!" to primary school students at the Fórum Cultural José Manuel Figueiredo.
