The event features a free and open Chi Kung class at 09:15H in Parque Municipal José Afonso. The walk starts at 10:00H and will conclude at the Pólis recreational park with a Zumba class.
Participants are encouraged to wear a t-shirt for this global cause. In the municipality of Moita, kits can be purchased for a symbolic fee of eight euros at the following locations: Junta de Freguesia da Moita, Junta de Freguesia de Alhos Vedros, and União das Freguesias da Baixa da Banheira e Vale da Amoreira (headquarters).
