The Directorate-General for Consumer Protection, Trade and Services (DGC) has released a survey promoted by the Authority for Supervision of Insurance and Pension Funds (ASF). The objective is to gather Portuguese consumers' opinions on various topics related to insurance products.
To this end, the ASF has provided an online questionnaire, which is simple and quick to complete. This will allow for a better understanding of consumers' perceptions, experiences, and expectations in this sector.
The results obtained will contribute to a better understanding of consumer needs and will be presented and debated during the 1st ASF Insurance Consumer Forum, to be held on November 20th.
The DGC calls for the collaboration of entities within the Consumer Defense System, requesting the dissemination of this initiative among consumers.
