The program, titled “Transform to Lead – Behavioral Program for Middle Management”, took place throughout September and aimed to qualify the institution's leaders. The initiative included a synchronous component, held between September 7th and 27th, and an in-person session on September 28th at the Auditorium of the Santarém District Hospital.
Funded by the Pessoas 2030 Program, with co-financing from the European Union, the course had a total duration of 14 hours. It was delivered by the Grupo Sentidos Dinâmicos and covered crucial topics such as transformational leadership, effective management of teams under pressure, conflict resolution, fostering motivation and commitment, and assertive decision-making.
This training action reflects the continuous commitment of ULS Lezíria to the qualification and valorization of its professionals, seeking to strengthen management and leadership skills within the organization.
