The exhibition, celebrating five decades of the institution's existence, showcases emblematic cases that illustrate the diversity and scope of the Ombudsman's work, through real stories that highlight its contribution to defending rights and strengthening citizenship and democracy.
The exhibition also includes a selection of contemporary objects and artworks, curated by Paulo Mendes, which, in conjunction with the documentary content, offer a reflection on various social themes.
The exhibition will be held at the Vilalva Palace, in Lisbon, until April 23, 2027. Visiting hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on weekends from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
