The Municipality of Marco de Canaveses is promoting the recruitment of Social Judges for the Family and Minors Court, under current legislation. Social Judges are citizens who collaborate directly in the administration of justice, integrating the court in coordination with the presiding judge in promotion, protection, and educational guardianship processes.
Portuguese citizens of recognized integrity who meet the following requirements can apply: be over 25 and under 65 years of age; be able to read and write Portuguese; be in full enjoyment of civil and political rights; not have been indicted or convicted of a willful crime; and reside in the Municipality of Marco de Canaveses.
Applications are open between November 06 and November 30, 2026. Interested parties must complete the Social Judge Application Form and submit the respective documentation by email to info@cm-marco-canaveses.pt or in person at the services of the Marco de Canaveses Municipal Chamber, during business hours.
