To apply for reimbursement, guardians must send to the email address acaosocialescolar@cm-pontedesor.pt the invoices with the student's NIF, proof of expenses, the IBAN confirmation from the banking institution for the guardian, and indicate the full name(s) of the student(s), the guardian's full name, and their NIF.
Those unable to send documents by email can visit the Municipality's Education Sector in person to submit them.
The available support varies according to the income bracket and educational cycle. For Preschool, Escalão A (Tier A) provides support up to €17.00 for school materials, while Escalão B (Tier B) is for €8.50.
For the 1st Cycle of Primary Education, Escalão A is entitled to €60.00 for school materials plus the payment of Activity Books. Escalão B offers €30.00 for school materials, also with the payment of Activity Books. Students without a tier will only have the Activity Books paid for.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 30, 2027.
