The Municipality of Santa Cruz informs all citizens, technicians, and other interested parties about the necessity of using new urban planning forms, which will come into effect on October 1, 2026. This measure aims to promote greater standardization of urban planning procedures across the national territory.
Among the new models are requests for licenses, prior notification, or prior information requests, information on the commencement of works, prior notification for use or change of use, new models for publicizing urban operations, and new terms of responsibility and instructional elements.
