The Madeira 2030 program has extended the application deadline for support to Professional Higher Technical Courses (TeSP) for the 2026-2028 training cycle until October 23, 2026.

The decision, published on October 2nd, concerns the first amendment to the Notice-Competition M2030-2026-26, focused on public entities. This extension aims to facilitate participation from public polytechnic higher education institutions and their organic units.
The initiative, part of the Madeira 2021-2027 Regional Program, has a budget of 1.25 million euros from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), with a maximum co-financing rate of 85%.
Applications must be submitted through the Balcão dos Fundos. The competition management is overseen by the Instituto para a Qualificação, IP-RAM (IQ, IP-RAM), acting as an Intermediate Body under delegation from the Instituto de Desenvolvimento Regional, IP-RAM (IDR, IP-RAM).
For further information, interested parties can contact the Linha dos Fundos at 800 10 35 10 (operational between 09:00 and 18:00) or via email at linhadosfundos@linhadosfundos.pt.
