The Madeira 2021-2027 Regional Program has launched the M2030-2026-38 Tender Notice, with an allocation of €20.4 million, to support the operating costs of companies in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

The notice aims to compensate for structural cost overruns arising from remoteness, insularity, and the small size of markets, contributing to economic viability and job maintenance and creation in the region.
The support covers operating expenses, including mandatory social security contributions, facility rents, electricity and water consumption costs, and accounting services, as stipulated in the notice.
Micro, small, medium, and large companies, of any nature and legal form, are eligible to apply, provided they meet the eligibility requirements. The funding comes from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), with a base rate of 30%, which can be increased by 10% for operations in the municipality of Porto Santo.
The application period runs from October 30 to December 4, 2026, until 5:00 PM, through the Balcão dos Fundos.
The tender is managed by the Instituto de Desenvolvimento Empresarial, IP-RAM (IDE, IP-RAM), as an Intermediate Body, with delegated powers from the Instituto de Desenvolvimento Regional, IP-RAM (IDR, IP-RAM), the Managing Authority of the Madeira 2021-2027 Regional Program.
