EDUCA-TE is a non-formal education initiative, primarily aimed at young people attending the 3rd cycle of Basic Education, Secondary Education, and Vocational Education. The program's intervention also extends to university students and academic communities, as well as youth associations.

It is worth noting that, this year, the Municipality of Funchal was once again distinguished with the "Youth-Friendly Municipality" award, this time with a five-star rating, the highest awarded by the National Federation of Youth Associations.
