The Sintra Municipal Council will invest over 64,000 euros in building rehabilitation, through the Reaviva program, aiming to improve habitability conditions and enhance private property.

The municipal investment is allocated to the recovery of common areas in buildings over 30 years old, located in Urban Rehabilitation Areas (ARU) of Sintra. The goal is to promote the maintenance and enhancement of the existing housing stock in the municipality.
According to the president of the Sintra Municipal Council, Marco Almeida, the Reaviva program aims to support the recovery of properties, improve residents' living conditions, and contribute to urban requalification.
The areas covered by this rehabilitation initiative include Monte Abraão, Mercês, Cacém, and Massamá.
