Over the coming months, interventions will continue to reach various streets, in a planned operation developed in coordination between the Parish Council and the Loures Municipal Council, aiming to improve circulation conditions, safety, and comfort for all citizens.
The Union of Freguesias highlights that never before has so much been paved in Moscavide and Portela, describing the work as consistent, planned, and with a long-term vision to meet the population's needs.
Acknowledging that 'there is still much to do,' the official note emphasizes that 'it is precisely like this, step by step, that lasting results are built and a parish becomes increasingly qualified'.
The initiative is presented under the slogan 'We Move Forward Together. People First!', reinforcing the idea of a parish 'FOR THE PEOPLE | WITH THE PEOPLE | OF THE PEOPLE'.
The work is executed by the Loures Municipal Council, within the framework of the Paving Plan developed in coordination with the Moscavide and Portela Parish Council.
